Not only did the games in this second package show a lack of development -- way too much in the way of critically important errata was necessary to make a couple of these games work -- but the game platform (as you note) just JCB IIIhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16490081362549015107noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4836956334020662322.post-67499019316718829352011-02-26T07:47:19.564-08:002011-02-26T07:47:19.564-08:00I always enjoyed these quads. NAW was a fine system, but it was tired by the time it was tapped for North Africa and island War Quads. They utilized a quasi Wellington's Victory system to give it more historical realism. I enjoyed the DG reprint A lot of game in a small package. I wish they would publish the Lew Ritternoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4836956334020662322.post-61840688460258919202011-02-25T19:39:24.455-08:002011-02-25T19:39:24.455-08:00Greetings Anon:

I guess -- for me, at least -- it falls somewhere between 'BLUE & GRAY' at the lower end and 'NAPOLEON'S LAST BATTLES' and 'MODERN BATTLES' at the JCB IIIhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16490081362549015107noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4836956334020662322.post-19869440593163669052011-02-25T18:19:38.283-08:002011-02-25T18:19:38.283-08:00One of my all time favorite games.
