THAT game was innovative and much more balanced. Don Lowry of Panzerfaust Publications published Dunkirk at about the same time; and somehow got a more balanced game. Well, this is all old news except that Dana Lombardy is still alive and publishing and keeps promising a new version of Dunkerque.
